Yes — these are a separate part of the design. Make three small rose-and-leaf clusters: five roses at the upper shoulder, three halfway down, and three near the base. The two flower packs below supply them. The assembly guide explains their attachment; the table daisies are not used here.

Use six small, stable jars with three artificial daisy stems each. Add one short greenery branch per jar. Divide the box’s three pink baby’s-breath stems among alternating jars and its single purple hyacinth into one focal jar. Keep the arrangement airy and below seated faces. Exact petal shapes will vary from the illustrations.

Natural woven placemat, scalloped blush plate, fringed dusty-rose napkin, gold fork and spoon, and a clear drinking glass. The lilac flower-and-ribbon crown follows the linked product; sample its fit and finish before ordering twelve. The pale-blush butterfly box remains a sourcing detail.

Confirm parent seating, access needs and dietary requirements in advance. Adults handle uninflated balloons, wire and sharp tools; promptly collect broken balloon pieces. The CPSC advises adult supervision for children under eight around uninflated balloons. Let parents manage insect protection according to the product label rather than assuming a spray suits every child.

Have water ready, label the favors, keep the floor seating dry and nominate one adult to welcome guests. Provide an ordinary-height seat for anyone who needs it. The host should be greeting people when the party begins, with the craft tools already packed away.

Fold back or trim exposed wire and cover every cut end. Keep the stem tails long enough to attach to the support.

Set the structure and its prescribed weights/anchors before decorating. Use air, not helium, for the garland. Start with a trial section: mix small and medium balloons within their rated sizes, knot them, then feed knots through the strip following the kit instructions. Tie the strip to the structure at several points. Count usable pastel balloons first; one mixed kit has not been verified to fill the pictured arch.

Use two ties per floral cluster around the support, hidden behind balloons. Put the largest cluster on the upper shoulder; add the two smaller clusters partway down and near the base. View from the arrival path: leave visible balloon sections between flowers, turn leaves to show their good side and fill only obvious gaps. Recheck anchors and connections as weather changes; move the setup indoors when conditions make outdoor use unsuitable.

Centre the 9-inch plate on the 13.8-inch woven mat, leaving the weave visible. Fold the dusty-rose napkin with fringe showing; add one fork, one spoon and one cup. Keep the crown and favor clear of the food area. Twelve settings use 12 of 30 plates, 12 of 20 napkins and 12 of each cutlery type; the remainder are spares, not additional guest places.

Test the box before batch assembly. Add a shallow layer of shred, two bubble tubes and a “Fly home happy” tag; loosely tie the tubes together with ivory ribbon. Attach a 2-inch matte butterfly to the box front with paper adhesive and lift its wings. The crown is worn or carried separately. Put out 12 boxes, keeping 2 packaging spares aside.

Use six 3½-inch cutouts, one per jar. Fix each covered support to the outside of its jar with an enclosed lower end; hide the fixing with a narrow ribbon. Keep the upper wire end fully enclosed behind the paper body. Vary heights modestly without blocking faces. If a support cannot be secured out of reach, omit it and place the cutout flat beside the jar.
