The concept
Morning light, sage cotton and small white daisies: a first birthday that leaves room for the family. The baby’s familiar high chair stays clear and usable. A small garland and the neutral “1” banner create a separate adult-managed display by the sideboard.
The cake waits on the sideboard with the birthday kit’s pale “One” topper. Take the still-life photograph first, then remove the topper and serve the baby’s portion on a stable child-appropriate surface. The memory is the family together, with time to stop when Nora has had enough.
At home, plan around the baby’s usual routine. Confirm the high chair’s instructions and restraints, keep the photo display out of children’s reach, and choose a separate quiet space for feeding or a nap.

Use the family’s own suitable high chair and its restraint system as directed. Leave the tray and chair free of balloons, tassels, flowers and strings. The illustration is a layout concept, not a product recommendation for a high chair.
Use about 36 balloons from the sage, sand-white and white kit for one compact garland. Attach it to a suitable adult-installed wall support above the sideboard, separated from the chair and play area. Mount the “1” tassel banner on the sideboard display, never on the baby’s tray.
Use twelve mini daisy stems in four small cream ceramic vessels: three per vessel. The remaining six daisy stems go in one taller sideboard vase. Add one of the five included foliage stems to each vessel. The garland has no flowers, so none are missing from the count.
Ten ivory dinner plates, sage hemmed cotton napkins, gold plastic utensils and clear cups. Keep spare dessert plates at the cake station. No gauze runner or napkin rings are required in this version.

If you prefer real daisies
Replace the entire $19.99 artificial daisy-and-foliage pack with fresh feverfew. Use three usable stems in each small vessel and six in the tall vase: 18 in total. Paper, ink and a keepsake envelope still need supplying. The napkin and plate in the detail are table styling; they are not take-home gifts. The daisies stay in their arrangements, so no stems or napkins are counted twice.
The honest list — what's not included
These are the remaining supplies and practical checks for this version. They are part of making the party work; they are not included in the Amazon subtotal.
Confirm seating for ten adults, a suitable high chair for Nora and feeding arrangements for the three other babies. Measure table and sideboard before choosing cloths. Borrow four stable cream ceramic vessels about 4–5 inches tall and one taller vase; fit-test the stems and keep everything beyond little hands.
Borrow a balloon pump. Add wall-compatible support hardware rated for the complete display, soft ties and scissors. We have not verified your wall or a support product. Follow its load, surface and cure-time instructions; glue dots only join balloons, they do not support the installation.
Order a baby-appropriate cake/portion with the family and baker. Borrow a stable white cake stand sized to its board, plus proper knife/server. The pictured stand is an unpriced styling requirement, not a verified listing. Remove decorative topper before the child approaches; confirm a food-safe barrier with the baker if cake-contact suitability is not documented.

Setup guide
Finish noisy inflation and cutting the day before. Allow two adults about 60–90 minutes for display and table setup, with a 20-minute buffer before guests; baby care and cooking need separate time.
Measure the wall, table and cake board. Verify the complete birthday-kit contents so a second topper is not purchased. Test the selected wall support on the actual surface using its instructions.
Inflate with a pump, sort the kit’s three colors, and build a short trial garland. Check every vase and stem for loose parts. Print month cards, welcome sign and memory cards; prepare the photo display away from children.
Install the support and small garland above the sideboard. Keep cords and tassels outside the reachable child area. A gentle stability check must pass before the high chair is brought into the scene.

Inflate to the maker’s guidance, avoiding overinflation. Feed tied necks into the strip, alternating colors and sizes; use glue dots for small accents. Do not glue flowers to balloons or use the high chair as an anchor.
Use the verified wall supports and soft ties to carry the strip. No universal anchor count or load is assumed. Keep the whole display outside children’s reach, clear of the high chair and exits. If the support cannot be made suitable, leave the garland out and keep the sign as the focal point.
The daisy recipe
Open the three tied daisy bunches. Allocate 3 + 3 + 3 + 3 stems to the small vessels and 6 to the taller vase; use the five foliage stems one per vessel. Bend stems within vases; enclose any cut wire ends.
Do not decorate the cake, high chair or baby’s clothing with these stems. The table works with artificial or separately sourced fresh flowers, but use only one complete recipe at a time.
