Planning layout: two 72 × 30-inch tables joined end to end, five people along each long side and one at each end. Two 60 × 84-inch cloths overlap about 12 inches at the join: roughly six-inch end drops and 15-inch side drops. These cloths will not reach the floor. Verify actual furniture before ordering.

One Winlyn pack supplies twelve matching 3-inch white foam pumpkins with small gold resin stems. Place six loose pairs along the run. No giant gourds, tan pumpkin packs or loose autumn leaves are needed.

Make six horizontal sheaves of 30 stems: 180 stems used from the 300-stem pack, 120 held back for damage or future use. The 36 stems given away later come out of these sheaves; they are not counted twice.

Two GenSwin six-packs supply twelve 9.64-inch ivory LED tapers. The twelve gold holders have 0.87-inch cups while the candles are 0.78 inch: test one pairing with a suitable removable candle adapter before ordering the full set. Use only a stable fit; the rendering is not a fit test.

Put a blank card and pencil at every seat. After dessert, one host invites each person to read a line, with passing welcome. One friend takes the group photograph; a second gathers the twelve keepsakes for the goodbye.

Decide on the indoor fallback before setting the porch. Keep the meal where guests can sit comfortably; do not add an unplanned heater to rescue a cold evening.

Seat anyone who needs easier access close to the clear route. Put water and nonalcoholic drinks within reach, keep music low enough for conversation and let guests pass during the gratitude round.

The wheat is already real, dried botanical material. Fresh flowers would change this pumpkin-and-wheat design; they are not needed to make it complete.

Measure the table and order one candle/holder sample combination. Inspect glass rims and finish, test the remote from several positions and check a washed napkin. Resolve wobble or poor finish while replacements can arrive.

Count twelve pumpkins and all light parts. Tie six 30-stem sheaves over a sheet, then pack them flat. Insert batteries and test the lights for the intended dinner duration. Print cards, write names and reserve four of each.

Secure tables together using the furniture supplier’s method, level them and lay the overlapping cloths. Set all twelve chairs before decorating. Keep doors and the path to the indoor backup clear.

Place six pumpkin pairs with a low sheaf near each pair. Alternate the three holder heights in the remaining gaps, away from plate edges. Keep wheat within the center strip; lift pieces out if elbows or serving space are crowded.

One dinner plate, one dessert plate, one cotton napkin, three gold utensils and one amber glass per guest. Water tumblers stand above the knife. Put cards and pencils at each place; move dessert plates to the buffet if more room is needed.

Turn lights on before guests arrive and check all twelve individually. After the gratitude round, take three wheat stems from the table per guest, tie with twine and give with one pumpkin and their card. Remove batteries before long-term storage.

Assemble each metal holder fully. With the candle’s battery compartment accessible, use an appropriate removable fitting adapter only if needed. The taper must stay upright without leaning or rocking when the table is gently disturbed; replace the pairing if it cannot.

Trim broken wheat ends, keep seed heads away from food and enclose the twine knots neatly. Leave enough open table to set down a jug. These are dried natural stems; no fresh flower order or floral foam is needed.

Borrow twelve amber glasses and twelve brown cloth napkins to remove $93.96 of purchases. Borrow twelve properly fitting holders to remove another $22.99. Keep the existing quantities and update the imagery if you use different shapes. No higher budget is assumed.
