Do I need to pay to send a request?
No. Tell us about your celebration and the service you’re interested in. Christina reviews your request, checks availability and replies about the next steps. If she requests payment, she’ll send a separate secure payment link. Sending a request doesn’t confirm a booking.
What happens after I send it?
You’ll see a request reference on screen. Christina will review the details and contact you to agree the service, timing and any payment. Your request can start with an idea; you don’t need every detail decided.
Can I share photos and details of the location?
Yes. Add up to six photos with short captions, the venue address and practical details such as room size, furniture, access and any restrictions. Wide views from different corners are especially helpful. You can leave undecided details blank. Location references are for the private planning process, not the public inspiration gallery.
What does The Studio include?
The Studio design fee is $199. It includes a personal concept, palette and décor plan, shopping links, a setup guide, and a private design page plus PDF. Three rounds of refinements are included. You purchase the party goods separately; Christina confirms the scope with you before work begins.
What does Signature add?
Signature’s design fee is $399. It adds ordering support and direct contact with Christina. Party goods are separate, at cost and with your approval. Christina confirms the ordering arrangements, timing and availability with you before you commit.
When will my design be ready?
Christina agrees a realistic timeline with you after reviewing your occasion, date and the work involved. A request or payment doesn’t start an automatic delivery deadline.
Can I change something?
Yes — reply to Christina with your feedback. It helps to send your comments together so each refinement is clear. She’ll confirm any changes to scope, cost or timing with you before extra work proceeds.
What if I need something bespoke?
Choose Diamond when sending your request and describe what you have in mind. Christina will discuss what’s possible, the scope and a tailored fee before you decide.
