This website, alelaparties.com, and the Alela party-design service are operated and provided by Alela LLC, a New York limited liability company. In these terms, “Alela,” “we,” “us” and “our” mean Alela LLC.
We currently offer commissioned services only to customers in the United States.

These terms explain use of our website, illustrative concepts, sample plans, free downloads, online enquiries, venue-photo uploads, AI-assisted question guide and private project pages. A commissioned design is covered by the separate written proposal and service terms agreed for that project.
You must be at least 18 to submit an enquiry, upload photos or use the AI guide. Adults are welcome to plan celebrations for children.
2. Enquiries and commissioned services
There is no fee to make an initial enquiry. Sending an email or enquiry form, receiving an automated acknowledgement, or using the website's question guide does not by itself reserve an event date, confirm a booking or create an obligation to pay.
Before you accept a commissioned project or are asked to pay, we will provide a written proposal and the applicable service terms. These will describe the scope, deliverables, design fee, included refinements, timing, payment arrangements, cancellation and refund terms, and any separately approved goods expenditure. They will also explain how to accept the project.
The agreed project documents govern the commissioned service. These website terms do not replace or change them. Services such as purchasing, delivery or on-site setup are included only where expressly agreed in the project documents.
3. Concepts, samples and imagery
Our illustrative concepts and sample plans demonstrate design ideas. Some imagery is created or assisted by artificial intelligence. Illustrative images do not document completed events. Real-event photographs are identified separately.
An illustration does not establish that every depicted product is available to buy, that dimensions are accurate, or that a layout, installation or activity has been physically tested. Colours, scale, finishes and arrangements may differ in practice. The details of a personalized design will be addressed in the agreed project scope.
4. Free downloads and intellectual property
For materials expressly offered as free downloads, we grant you permission to download and print copies for planning and holding your own private event. You may share those copies with guests, venues and suppliers solely to support that event, including having a print supplier produce copies for you.
This permission does not authorize resale, republication as a template collection, or using the materials as part of your own commercial design service. It applies only to rights we own or are authorized to license and does not restrict uses otherwise permitted by law.
Other website content may be viewed for personal use. No ownership of our content or brand is transferred. Third-party rights remain with their owners. We do not claim that every AI-assisted element is exclusively owned by Alela or independently protected by copyright.
Permissions for a paid personalized plan will be stated in the applicable client service terms.
5. Shopping links and sample costs
Party goods are separate from design fees unless a written project proposal expressly states otherwise. External shopping links take you to independent suppliers. If you order directly from a supplier, that purchase is subject to the supplier's terms and your applicable legal rights.
Before ordering, check the supplier's current product description, dimensions, variant, price, availability, shipping charges, taxes, delivery information and return terms. Sample prices and shopping totals are indicative, may change, and are not complete event budgets. Additional items and charges may be needed.
Following a shopping link or discussing a product with us does not authorize us to place an order or incur expenditure for you. Any purchasing assistance, ordering authority, spending limit and related responsibilities must be agreed separately before purchases are made. This section does not remove responsibility for obligations Alela actually undertakes.
We do not participate in affiliate marketing or receive commissions from shopping links on this website.
6. Using design ideas safely
Public sample instructions are general creative guidance, not a professional safety assessment of a particular venue, product or event.
When putting an idea into practice, follow manufacturer instructions and venue rules, obtain relevant permissions, and consider the location and weather. Use appropriately qualified help for installation or electrical work where needed. Select and supervise candles, electrical items and activities with the guests and surroundings in mind, including children's ages and relevant allergies.
Children's activities require appropriate adult supervision. These reminders do not transfer responsibility for Alela's own conduct or replace legal duties that apply.
7. The AI-assisted question guide
The website's AI-assisted question guide provides general information about Alela. AI can make mistakes. Its answers are not a personalized service quote, a promise of availability or a booking confirmation. Please confirm project details directly with Alela before making arrangements or spending money.
Do not enter payment details, full addresses, photographs or sensitive personal information into the question guide. Our Privacy Policy explains how questions and related technical information are processed.
This section does not remove responsibility for statements or obligations for which Alela is legally responsible.
8. Information and materials you share
Please provide only the information reasonably needed to discuss your enquiry or carry out an agreed project. Use the designated enquiry or agreed private sharing channel for venue details and photographs. Avoid including identifiable children or other people where they are unnecessary to explain the space, and only share material you have the right and necessary permissions to provide.
You retain any rights you hold in materials you supply. You permit Alela and service providers acting for us to copy, store, review and adapt those materials only as reasonably needed to respond to your enquiry and provide an agreed service. This includes AI-assisted design processing described in our Privacy Policy. Sharing material does not transfer ownership to Alela or give us permission to publish it in our portfolio, on social media or in advertising. Promotional use requires separate, specific written permission. Declining that permission does not affect your service.

9. Website use and availability
Please use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt to access another person's private design or information, bypass access controls, or submit malicious files or fraudulent enquiries.
We may update or temporarily interrupt website features for maintenance, security or improvements. Any such change does not remove our obligations under an accepted project agreement.

Nothing in these terms takes away consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricts your ability to publish an honest review, or prevents you from contacting a regulator or seeking a legal remedy. Merely visiting the website or sending an enquiry does not constitute acceptance of a paid-service agreement.
We may update these website terms for future use and will identify the revised effective date. Updates do not retrospectively change an accepted client agreement or permissions already granted for downloaded materials.
